Implementation Specialist 
We are looking for a driven, people-orientated individual to join our Launch Care Fulfillment team as an Implementation Specialist who wants to work with customers through the design, build and implementation of their website. You will take your expertise in customer service, communication, and time management and use it to act as a creative force, assisting the customer through the development of their website, from after the sale until the site goes live. You will focus on helping the customer achieve their website goals, providing the customer with a guided Launch Care experience, and fulfilling the customer’s post launch products.  
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Communicate with customers during the onboarding, build, and post launch of their website and make sure they stay on track to reach their goal go-live date 
  • Manage multiple customer projects at any given time and serve as a point of contact for your customers throughout the development of their website and post launch fulfilment items 
  • Serve as a liaison between the Launch Care team and other teams within the Fulfilment department 
  • Educate the customer on website and digital marketing standards and best practices 
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to implement marketing strategies per the customer’s agreement selections

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations without standard solutions 
  • Ability to work in conjunction with other internal departments to achieve goals  
  • Must be comfortable keeping the client within specifications for the product 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. 
  • Basic knowledge of website trends and best practices 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital and email marketing 
  • Interest in Web Design, Web Development, and Project Management 
 
Bonus Skills 
  • Domain/DNS knowledge 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and using a Content Management System (CMS) 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices 
  • Basic project management skills 
  • Working knowledge of website analytics
