We are new with staffing because we were always doing it

For the last five years Clinical Mobility’s healthcare focused technology company, Clinical Mobility, has helped their customers with finding great resources. Because the Clinical Mobility folks are experienced experts in Healthcare IT they know what type of people will thrive in that environment. The requests have moved outside of Healthcare in addition to growing in frequency. We realized it only made sense to expand our business line in offering full staffing, staff augmentation and recruiting services.

Position Summary:

In your role you will wear several hats. You will be actively working with our sales & lead generation folks to create opportunities and grow the business. You will be the staffing account manager and in this role, you will continually cultivate and build the relationships that lead to future business partners. You will generate the leads necessary for a robust sales pipeline by utilizing your personally established contacts and well-developed networks to identify potential new clients. As the staffing owner you will be a key member of the team and organization, you will be responsible for driving profitability and business growth while maintaining company integrity, quality, brand, and culture of customer satisfaction. The compensation for this role is based on experience plus uncapped commission. 

 As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and create business needs with senior executive decision-makers
  • Create and communicate the value of Clinical Mobility's staffing and staff augmentation solutions with prospects and clients
  • Generate a yearly new sales plan with quarterly achievement goals
  • Compose a detailed sales approach plan
  • Utilize individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each account's industry and business
  • Act as a subject matter expert for companies within the assigned sector

 Education and/or Experience:

  • Staffing sales experience is a must
  • Agency experience HIGHLY desirable
  • Experience in Healthcare desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • 1+ years of experience in a closing role (you can bring it across the finish line)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven record of enterprise sales and accomplishments
  • Experience in Information Technology, Wireless Health Care is a PLUS

 Qualifications of a Sales Account Manager:

  • History of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals
  • Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to present information in all formats, read and interpret complex information, and the ability to adapt presentations to suit a particular audience
  • Experience calling on and presenting to C-level executives
  • Experience presenting new ideas to decision-makers, respond to objections successfully, listen, influence, and persuade professionally
  • Proven consultative, partnership, customer service, and people competencies expected of a sales leader.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Experience with writing and interpreting contracts
