About the Job

Under the direction of the Marketing Director and with the support of their team, the successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns that drive meaningful engagement with our network of clients and partners. The successful candidate will support the development, maintenance, and oversight of social media campaigns, thought leadership development, webinars, and marketing collateral creation for Integral’s service areas. The Marketing Manager will have a strong foundation in leading a team to produce measured and effective marketing campaigns. They will have experience creating visually compelling marketing collateral, data visualization, and digital client engagement, specifically within the AEC industry. This role demands a keen eye for design and layout, a focus on client issues, and a curiosity to learn about technical services.

A successful candidate will also have the ability to work collaboratively with marketing team members to facilitate communication of marketing activities and create internal marketing activities. Excellent communication skills and an ability to drive positive cultural changes will help this candidate be successful.

Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral 

  • Maintain marketing campaign data and generate relevant reports to monitor client engagement and campaign success.
  • Manage marketing communications to enhance brand awareness and amplify brand identity.
  • Develop and support annual marketing and business development practice group plans focused on priorities outlined by Business leaders, including thought leadership platforms, communications, and client outreach.
  • Maintain library of marketing collateral and build new materials.
  • Coordinate and write internal marketing campaigns to facilitate communication within the company.
  • Follow and improve campaign creation processes to drive efficient interaction with technical staff for rapid communication creation.
  • Maintain and update library of brand and content collateral for use by all in the company.
  • Ensure all public communications adhere to brand standards and are free of errors.

Graphic Design

  • Use graphic design software to ensure collateral materials are visually appealing and tell a compelling story.
  • Assist with campaign graphic creation as well as other graphics for presentations, marketing materials, events, and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or experience in a related field for 15+ years.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience involving content creation, brand positioning, and client engagement.
  • 5+ years of recent marketing experience in the AEC industry or the equivalent in a professional services industry.
  • Management or leadership experience is required.
  • Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule, and lead deliverable efforts by others; and the proven ability to manage documents.
  • Initiative, skill, and personal commitment to manage multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up, and bring tasks and projects to full completion.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing engagement with proficiency in LinkedIn content creation.
  • Experience using CRMs to capture client data and target client segmentations.
  • Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail, and excellent technical writing skills
  • Passion to make the world a better place than how you found it.

Annual Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000

An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid vacation (18 days), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
