    • Providing practical guidance, best-practice frameworks, reference examples, and prompt libraries for AI-assisted and AI-led workflows — including prompt engineering, output validation, review of AI-generated artifacts, documentation generation, and automation — consistent with Insurity’s responsible AI standards.
    • Developing and sharing simple, actionable metrics and feedback approaches to help teams measure AI impact (e.g., % AI-generated artifacts, velocity gains, quality consistency, risk reduction).
  • Consult with business units and technical leaders to strengthen execution and delivery predictability by:
    • Advising on AI-augmented SDLC approaches that enable fast, reliable releases with substantial AI contribution.
    • Recommending ways to incorporate cloud-native, DevSecOps, and SRE practices to support safe, scalable AI usage.
    • Encouraging use of established metrics (DORA, quality, operational, AI-specific) to highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Enable teams through consultative delivery of frameworks, playbooks, guardrails, reference patterns, and tooling recommendations for:
    • AI-led code and test generation / automation
    • Cloud-native architectures, microservices, containers, IaC, and observability
    • Shift-left security, performance, and compliance in AI-driven workflows
    • Consistent, AI-optimized SDLC pipelines, environments, and deployment patterns
  • Lead and facilitate communities of practice and guilds (e.g., AI-Powered Development, Developer Experience, Testing & Quality, DevOps/Cloud Native, Architecture) to accelerate learning, share AI-first patterns and templates, and foster cross-team knowledge exchange while respecting business-unit autonomy.

    • Leading AI-centric teams (effective prompting, output governance, balanced trust in AI outputs)
    • Balancing AI-driven speed with quality, security, and compliance needs
    • Applying Agile/SAFe, value-stream thinking, SRE principles, incident management, and data-driven root cause analysis
  • Develop and publish transparent Development Excellence scorecards and diagnostics (team, product, portfolio levels) to provide visibility into:
    • AI adoption and value realized
    • Throughput, predictability, flow efficiency, and delivery health
    • Quality, resilience, technical debt, and modernization progress
    • Developer experience and tooling effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally to:
