Warehouse Lead
Description
Responsibilities include Qualifications:
- Ensure material received is properly recorded, put away in a timely manner, ensure the location of the product is correct; Reconcile any discrepancies as they arise.
- Responsible to pull materials for orders, ensuring proper quantity and acceptable quality of product prior to shipping.
- Ensure timely deliveries are made to customers.
- Ensure onsite consignment counts at customers are accurately performed on a regular basis.
- Run daily reports, process daily cycle counts.
- Handle evening shipments and ensure all shipments were sent out
- Expedite orders for sales, customer service, or purchasing
- Maintain all warehouse equipment; including but not limited to: maintenance on delivery trucks, forklifts are in good condition; cherry pickers are in working order
- Interface with customers, vendors and clients for order processing and shipping
- Rectify any material discrepancy; file freight loss and damage claims
- Maintains condition of work area free from trash, debris or other foreign materials
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other teammates to do the same.
