Position Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to join our Inside Sales team at our Londonderry, NH facility. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in customer service, sales operations, and business systems while learning “The Insulectro Way.”

As an ISM, you will provide outstanding service to customers, support Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and grow your proficiency in Insulectro’s tools and processes. Over time, you will progress to managing larger accounts and may advance into outside sales or other leadership roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting small to mid-sized customer accounts and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Develop proficiency in Insulectro systems and processes, including order entry, reporting tools, Salesforce, and other systems as required.
  • Support TAMs by preparing quotes, providing material availability updates, and helping manage customer inquiries.
  • Resolve basic customer requests such as shipment tracking, documentation requests, and returns.
  • Collaborate with ISM teammates across the country in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities such as promotional products and alternative materials.
  • Participate in structured onboarding and training to work with senior ISMs and gain hands-on experience.

Pay range between $20 - $30 per hour (depending upon experience)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High level of comfort with technology and business systems (ERP, CRM, or order management systems experience a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with an interest in growing into larger roles within the organization.
