Warehouse Material Handler
Description
Insulectro is a well-established distributor of Printed Circuit Materials located in San Jose. We currently have an opening for a Material Handler and are looking for someone who is a motivated team player with a great attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a strong can-do attitude, have a knack for accuracy and efficiency and work great within a team environment.
What you'll do each day:
- Pulling, packaging, shipping and receiving material accurately and efficiently
- Check all lot and order numbers and sizes
- Verify quantity and quality of product
- Maintain inventory lot locations
- Stack pallets in designated areas
- Enter computer transactions
- Stock items received
- Package, label and box material
- Prepare orders in proper sequence
- Wrap and load orders to be shipped
- Responsible for cycle counts to validate correct inventory
- Label material with standard or bar-code when necessary
- Process and close manufacturing orders
- Other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager
Our wish list:
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to work well within a team
- Oracle experience is a big plus
- Forklift experience (certification a plus)
