Digital Marketing, Senior Manager / Director



Insightly, the CRM that empowers companies to build lasting customer relationships, is looking to hire a rock star digital marketer who can drive lead generation through multiple channels, paid and organic. Craft innovative multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive growth for all Insightly’s products and services

Manage day to day digital campaign operation and testing

Work with internal stakeholders i.e. content marketing, creative, operations, sales, product management, product engineering and customer loyalty

Manage external agencies where appropriate

Prepare detailed KPI reports of past performance and estimated results of planned programs



5-7 years of experience in multi-channel digital, i.e. search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.

Specialized in one of the digital channels

Experienced in both organic growth and ROI-driven paid media execution

Excellent analytical capabilities

World class communicator and presenter

Ability to work with minimum supervision

A team player

Articulate with senior management, internal clients and teammates

Undergraduate degree in a relevant major discipline; Post graduate degree preferred.
