Manager, Marketing Operations and Demand Generation
Insightly, the CRM that empowers companies to build lasting customer relationships, is looking to hire a manager of marketing operations and demand generation to join a growing team of top-notch marketing professionals. This individual will work directly with the CMO and VP of Sales to define and execute on demand generation programs in support of building pipeline for the sales teams, based on pre-defined revenue targets. A demonstrable history of successfully targeting mid-sized companies across a broad range of industries is required.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure the marketing automation infrastructure is in place and functioning according to plan.
Responsible for all upsell and outbound demand generation planning, execution and reporting.
Operationalizing upsell and outbound campaigns through marketing automation.
Optimize the design, content, targeting & messaging of email communications.
Keep up-to-date on trends in lead generation, contact development and marketing technologies.
Work with the sales team to document demand generation definitions and campaign lead flow processes.
Work closely with the sales program managers to aggressively drive demand in line with sales targets across multiple market segments and multiple personas.
Analyze and report on core demand generation metrics, including target prospect list quality and accuracy, click-through rates, open rates, campaign performance, ROI, etc.
High level of proficiency with email automation software, preferably Marketo.
Deep understanding of the latest CRM technologies and the concepts of persona / contact development and list management.
Experience in targeting and nurturing enterprise accounts.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
Team oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
Structured, logical thinker even when working in a fast-paced environment under tight timeframes.
Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
5-7 years B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years of marketing automation, email production and analysis, preferably Marketo.
