Insightly is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcer with a background in all disciplines (technical, sales, and generalist sourcing). This individual will build strong partnerships with recruiters and potential candidates and will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing plans and job descriptions, scheduling, creating a strong pipeline of candidates, screening, interviewing and working closely with the recruiters for closing.

This is a full time, remote position, eligible to be hired in either USA or Canada, however immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years as a recruiting coordination is a must
  • At least 2+ years of demonstrated ability to source technical professionals within all levels of an organization ranging from entry-level to senior management positions.
  • SaaS sourcing experience a must
  • An expert level of knowledge in remote, candidate sourcing, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
  • Ability to target and engage passive candidates and build relationships.
  • Must be technologically and internet savvy, experienced in mining online databases, boolean search, and have a working knowledge of ATS and scheduling tools/ technologies.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented, has outstanding interpersonal skills, and is able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the sourcing funnel and beginning stages of the recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • SaaS sourcing experience a must
  • Previous recruiting coordination experience a must
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, social media, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and execute on innovative sourcing strategies to fulfill our hiring needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, perform reference checks
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Ability to create a deep and wide funnel of candidates for a multitude of reqs.

​​The salary range for this role in Colorado is $80,000 to $100,000 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. For all other locations, the salary range may vary by geographic market and will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications.
