Head of Brand & Communications
We’re looking for Head of Brand & Communications to join our team.
Reporting into the Creative Director the role is responsible for the Creative Studio, developing overarching creative concepts for all communications and campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand taking accountability for the development and the delivery of the brand proposition, strategy and identity. The role has full oversight for the businesses creative output, encompassing concept, delivery, quality control and resources. You will lead, manage and inspire the Press, Marketing, Editorial, VM/Windows, Photography and Graphic Design Teams working on strategic, BAU and Ad Hoc campaigns.

External: Supplies, Contractors, Creative Consultancy, Event Management
Key Focus Areas
Translating the brand vision as directed by the Creative Director with innovation by researching, developing and leading on creative concepts/strategies.
Working with the Editorial team to spread your thinking across every channel creating and driving consistency of language and tone of voice to support all channels of the Jigsaw Group.
To develop, drive and implement the PR Strategy. To oversee promotional activities for the Jigsaw brand including planning seasonal strategies, new product launches, press events, and internal communications.
Develop the annual brand marketing budget, challenge the spend required for each activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend to reach the defined brand goals
Prepare, agree and manage the brand marketing strategy
Interpret brand and customer insights using market data, consumer data and research in order to develop communications strategies and activities that will continue to build brand positioning
Lead the Photography Manager and department in the planning and execution of product styling and photography guidelines across all channels of the business.
Oversee the creation and development of ideas, schemes and window displays taking overall responsibility for the management of every scheme concept, design, production, delivery, installation, budget and style storyboarding.
Management of print and digital graphics team overseeing all colour and copy for all creative mediums from paper quality, outfits, styling, image selection, colour, product focus etc
Ensure all graphics created for the brand are consistent and in line with brand values.
Take full ownership and accountability of the performance of the department and ensure the Critical Path and Event Calendar remain up-to-date, fit for purpose and delivery of all key projects is timely and of the highest quality.
