Job Summary:

The B2B Sales Support Representative is on the front lines interacting with the B2B sales team and B2B customers.The B2B SSR will be the key contact for customers from overseas and from the USA as well as to the B2B sales team, providing telephone and electronic support.

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)

  • Provide phone and electronic support to B2B customers worldwide.
  • Provide support to Inogen B2B sales team.
  • Enter all B2B orders and process B2B customer RMA's.
  • Answer and maintain the domestic partner hotline and other inbound calls from B2B customers.
  • Be fluent in the operation of the Inogen IT systems, including Oracle and CCOD.
  • Lead/contribute to projects important to the B2B team's success.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing for B2B customers.
  • Other duties assigned.

  • Experience and ability to care for International distributors and customers.
  • Must have strong work ethic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills & ability to multi task.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field of study, preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in a senior customer service role, required.
  • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, CCOD, required.
  • A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

Inogen assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees.  The base salary for this position is expected to be between $23.11 and $26.57 hourly. However, actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education, experience and market location.
