Senior Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Regional Manager is responsible for providing direction and structured processes across all Direct To Patient Sales Teams to execute projected cash and insurance quotas. The Senior Regional Manager will work closely with the VP, Patient Sales and VP, Marketing to implement sales programs and strategies in alignment with corporate goals and directions.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
- Establish clear sales objectives for Sales Managers
- Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive performance by setting daily expectations with Managers and following up to ensure execution.
- Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly results.
- Analyze key metrics and do root cause analysis to determine opportunities for sales improvement.
- Assisting in hiring, training, onboarding, and development of new sales reps.
- Conducting Manager evaluations and suggesting areas for improvements.
- Provide leadership, coordination, mentorship, and support to multiple teams.
- Set clear priorities and goals for Managers and Teams.
- Eliminate demands that don't help drive revenue.
- Prepare and present proposals, business outcomes, and results for senior management.
- Ensure Sales Managers and Representatives have the tools and resources needed to meet sales goals.
- Ensure all Managers and Representatives adhere to our standards around policy compliance and cultural pillars.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or related field of study, required.
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service, required. With 7+ years’ with 65+ demographics, preferred.
- 6 years management experience, with a minimum of five direct reports, required.
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
- A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
