In this role, you will take ownership of a wide range of HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – with a particular focus on our Netherlands operations (but not exclusively). As a key link between employees, managers, payroll, and external partners, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Your tasks:
- Manage HR administration processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, time tracking, benefits administration).
- Support the local HR team with employee documentation (preparation, signature management, filing, Workday administration).
- Ensure accuracy and data quality in HR systems (Workday, digital employee files, time & absence), including related business processes.
- Handle employee data and contract management in compliance with local labor law and data protection regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR administration topics, providing day-to-day support.
- Collaborate closely with our external payroll provider and prepare payroll-relevant data ahead of monthly closing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Prepare monthly HR reports in Excel.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist with basic knowledge of labor law (Dutch labor law is a strong advantage).
- Excellent Dutch language skills (written & spoken) and good command of English; additional languages such as German, Romanian, Hungarian, or Spanish are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar HR tools).
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
