Description

As a Field Service Digital Support Coordinator at INNIO you will support field service teams by ensuring smooth digital operations, engine connectivity, and efficient data management. This role combines administrative coordination with digital tools expertise to optimize service performance and communication in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
 
This position has to be filled in Verona-Dossobuono, Italy. (This job requires you to work from the office 90% of the time and occasionally from home)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative operations for field services in a digital environment and matrix organization.
  • Support engines connectivity and remote monitoring systems.
  • Provide digital support for field services and assist with data analytics to optimize service performance.
  • Ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication.
  • Use digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Oracle ERP, SFDC, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Work with ticketing systems, maintenance planning, and ERP platforms.
  • Adapt quickly to new digital platforms, connectivity solutions, and data analytics processes.
  • University students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and experience for 1–2 years of administrative support, preferably in IT, Digital, or Field Service environments is an adventage.
  • Previous experience in a matrix organization or cross-functional team environment.
Your Profile:
  • Ongoing or finished Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages (both written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting across departments.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Interest in INNIO’s business segment (energy solutions, gas engines, digital services, and engine connectivity).
