The Head of Service Sales -Jenbacher North America is accountable for Service Sales Operations in direct /indirect markets, including reaching Service Sales and Service SM targets. This role is responsible for establishing the overall strategic direction in alignment with GSE Service Strategy and Regional Strategy and has significant impact on meeting financial and business expectations of the regional targets. 

Your Responsibilities: 
 
· Define and implement Service Sales Strategy and be accountable for reaching budgeted sales growths 
· Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Service Sales Operations in all Business Operations in direct/indirect markets 
· Develop and strengthen service culture 
· Participate in M&A projects in engine services business and leadership in corresponding post-merger integration for business operations including KPI systems, Digital and IT (PMI) 
· Facilitate and drive cross-regional cooperation and to all JB interface functions 
· Drive and monitor initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and order Intake within the NAM Service Sales organization 
 
Your Profile: 
 
· Technical degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar), in addition ideally business degree/MBA 
· Significant years of management experience in an internationally operating company in relevant industry (Combustion Engines, Power Generation or Oil & Gas segment) 
· Several years of experience managing global organization in multiple remote geographies 
· Profound years of experience in management roles in the field of Service operations and/or Customer Service Management 
· Excellent technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including excellent IT skills SFDC , Oracle 
· Strong strategy development and hands-on operational implementation approach 
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
· Ability and willingness to travel if needed 
· Strong change agent and continuous improvement mindset 
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
