Your tasks:

  • Review and monitor the global company credit card process
  • Manage the application process for company credit cards
  • Handle credit limit changes, card blocking resolution and card termination
  • Control monthly credit card payments and issue resolution
  • Being the first contact for cardholder inquiries
  • Participate on monthly update call with the card provider
  • Handle the escalation of company card related issues
  • Handle the expired cards if any intervention is needed
  • Handle fraud transactions, keep in touch with the card provider
  • Audit employee expense reports in Concur
  • Provide timely and appropriate reporting data and supporting documentation to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in Travel & Expense projects, demonstrate continuous improvement mindset

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in a similar role including customer service is a must (min. 2-3 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
  • Attention to details & controls
  • Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook
  • First-hand experience with Concur and Travel & Expense process is a plus
