We are looking for an Senior International Tax Expert (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the coordination of direct tax compliance in various countries around the world, advising on cross-border transactions and intra-group restructuring exercises, monitoring the development of international tax environments and guidelines, transfer pricing compliance and global mobility taxes.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Advice on all kind of international direct tax issues, including the following
    • Analyzing and assessing international projects regarding tax aspects;
    • Participation in international tax planning and cross-border structuring;
    • Optimization of international payment flows considering withholding taxes, tax credits and exemptions.
  • Coordinating INNIO’s transfer pricing landscape, including the following:
    • Monitoring and advising on internal transfer prices for different cross-border related party transactions;
    • Annual preparation/update of transfer pricing documents, e.g. master and local files, CBC reporting, policies, contracts, etc.
    • Monitoring and implementation of the reporting obligations according to DAC 6.
  • Coordinating with local advisors in terms of local tax compliance deadlines and upcoming tax issues and challenges, reviewing direct tax returns in various jurisdictions.
  • Processing of all tax-relevant issues in connection with the global mobility of INNIO Group’s employees, including the following:
    • Analyze and assess foreign payroll tax obligations in the case of cross-border working engagements; 
    • Analyze, understand and apply global international taxation related standards pertaining to cross-border working assignment in order to make sure a compliant operation within INNIO; 
    • Coordinate with INNIO’s global mobility tax service provider in order to fulfil tax payment and filing obligations in connection with INNIO’s employees. 
Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Master’s Degree in Economics, Law or relevant field (financial education, auditor, accountant etc.),
    • Very good professional experience in an international tax consultancy or accountancy firm or a multinational enterprise (at least 4-5 years),
    • Work collaboratively with international colleagues and across functions,
    • Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing)
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders at all levels,
    • Ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues,
    • Highly organized – strong attention to detail,
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines,
    • Very strong skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
