Description

As a member of the INNIO Jenbacher business you will be responsible for the vendor invoice processing process on different subsidiaries in Europe. As an Accounts Payable Intern you will be involved in the daily life of the Accounts Payable department, which provides you a great opportunity to start your Finance career in a structured way, in a truly multinational environment.

During your internship at INNIO you will be actively involved in the daily life and activities of our B2P (Buy to Pay) organization:
  • Invoice registering and processing, external supplier and internal business communication, process improvement projects
  • You will also participate trainings to learn the framework of Buy to Pay activities and gain experiences (ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, work with internal requestors and buyers in order to resolve issues, etc.)
  • You will get familiar with the standard B2P tasks and responsibilities, core processes and systems (Oracle, Perceptive), you will understand the connection between the departments, the typical measurement points and statistics used in a multinational company
Your profile:
  • Ongoing university studies in Business, Finance related areas, e.g Business Administration/ Management/ Finance and Accounting 
  • Ability to work minimum 30-35 hours/week 
  • Good command of English +any other language is an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Preciseness with a good eye for detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Open and flexible personality with great communication skills
