What are we looking for
Act as the Manufacturing Co-op and be a member of the Operations Team. You will be working closely to support a number of continuous improvement projects and variety of assignments to promote the optimization of processes!

Co-op Term Duration: May 2026 – December 2026  
Essential Responsibilities 
  • Completing tasks related to monitoring/trending and troubleshooting manufacturing processes 
  • Assist with troubleshooting and solving problems related to process efficiency, product quality, throughput and yield 
  • Assisting in investigations through data compilation and statistical analysis to determine root cause to atypical events 
  • Assisting with new product prove out and qualification activities on production equipment. 
  • Assisting with validating purchased noble components to facilitate supplier qualifications and continuous improvement. 
  • Compilation and analysis of process data. Presenting results and preparing reports 
  • Contributing to process improvement projects, such as Lean and Six Sigma initiatives 
  • Preparation and data checking technical reports 
  • Involvement in change management activities 
  • Use of ERP enterprise software to source information and navigate business operations 
  • Supports Technical Operations department with process executions 
Qualifications/Requirements 
  • In process of completing degree in a related discipline, such as Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics 
  • Experience working within a manufacturing setting 
Desired Characteristics 
  • Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Desire to learn about the technical process of engine component /manufacturing 
  • Professional demeanor/customer service oriented 
  • Ability to multi-task, and deliver key objectives within established timelines 
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams 
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Oracle and/or other ERP systems preferred
