In this role you will be responsible for Service focused technical developments related to Turbochargers used within the INNIO Jenbacher fleet. Support, drive & execute Turbochargers overhaul strategy projects with internal and/or external overhaul shops next to qualifying these overhauls. Work closely with other existing Turbocharger related functions within the Service & Technology organization. With your organizational skills and Turbochargers knowledge, you will support INNIO's Service during planned events and for troubleshooting. You enable INNIO's field technicians to perform service work around and on the Turbochargers. This includes exchanging complete Turbochargers and specification parts, as well as minor Turbochargers maintenance tasks. Additionally, you identify potentials for higher sustainability, to optimize the Turbochargers life cycle costs, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure high availability. You will be interacting and working closely with INNIO’s Service organization in the local region and the relevant teams in Jenbacher HQ.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Reviewing Turbochargers service reports and deciding about the scope within defined boundaries
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with our external Turbochargers suppliers & external overhaul shops
• Drive & execute overhaul strategy projects
• Support to manage Turbochargers fleets and exchange units
• Support to ensure availability of Turbochargers for planned and unplanned events
• Identifying potentials for higher sustainability during the entire Turbochargers life
• Reviewing technical documents related to Turbochargers, tasks during planned maintenance and troubleshooting, for our customers, INNIO field service, and distributors
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Jenbacher Regions (subsidiaries) and Jenbacher entities

Your Profile:

• Professional service experience in the energy industry paired with a Master/ Bachelor Degree / Higher Technical College (e.g., HTL) in Engineering or equivalent; mechanical or industrial/business engineer with very good service experience in the energy sector
• Profound knowledge of reciprocating engines and specifically turbochargers
• Flexible mindset and ability to work on multiple projects and topics simultaneously 
• Independent, proactive, fast response, ability to adapt to changing environment & boundary conditions
• Strong in cross functional collaboration – good interpersonal, team oriented and communications skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel 

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
