This position:
As a Supplier Quality Associate and member of Supplier Quality Team, you will be working to support several continuous improvement projects and variety of assignments to promote the optimization of processes, material storage and supply plans that ensure the availability of parts and/or products for our manufacturing plant and suppliers.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Creating processes related to Return Vendor and Material Review Cage by establishing physical and systematic processes, workflows and documentation.
- Oracle knowledge to support, establish, improve and implement new processes related to Supplier Quality transactions.
- Generate Pareto Charts/Trend Charts of defects per month as related to supplier quality maintaining a Top 5 or Top 10 via Non-conformance database.
- Create reporting and analysis in Oracle, such as daily status reports, return to vendor, inspections and inventory.
- Work in quality tools to provide day-to-day support of SQE related actions via Minitab, SPC & Gage R&R.
- Support the non-conformance process through supplier and operations follow-ups
- Help with ad hoc incoming inspection to develop associated reporting and workflow
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Conducting audits on material storage locations to determine inventory accuracy of non-conforming and first piece qualification parts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-3 yr experience working within a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs, such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems
- Desire to learn about the technical aspect of quality and supply chain processes
- Professional demeanor/customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task, and deliver key objectives within established timelines
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
