Key Accountabilities/ Execution:
- Administrate deals and support the creation of customer quotations and internal workflows
- Order entry
- Data maintenance (copying data, formulas, updating tables, maintaining)
- Support the sales teams’ daily interactions
- Support the customer quote follow-up activities
- Active support for sales campaigns
- Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ongoing university studies in Economics /Business & Management or equivalent
- Ability to work minimum 20-25 hours / week
- Good command of English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
- Team Player mentality and ability to work in an international and dynamic team
- Curious to learn and self-driven to identify improvement points
- Strong sense of collaboration to help in multiple tasks
- Independent, proactive, and flexible working approach
