We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join INNIO in our dynamic accounting team as a Finance Manager. Based in Phitsanulok, Thailand, you will play a crucial role in up-scaling and overseeing the finance activities at our Thailand legal entity, ensuring compliance with INNIO's Accounting Policies and Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration
- Assess all gaps between entity’s and INNIO’s Finance policies and processes.
- Further develop and propose integration plan addressing Group and local requirements, and a midterm integration plan that defines the target setup for the entity’s finance systems, processes, and team.
- Adapt resources and team to address gaps and short-term and long-term integration.
- Responsible for finance integration action items.
Ensure accuracy of books and monthly reporting (IFRS and local GAAP)
- Lead monthly closing in providing support to other functions and overseeing the entity’s entries being complete, accurate and on time.
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of monthly financials, in line with requirements from the Group’s Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Treasury functions.
- Ensure complete intercompany reconciliation.
- Participate in monthly group balance sheet reviews as required.
- Prepare and/or review selected accounts reconciliations.
- Provide detailed data to ensure on-time creation of group financial statements (intercompany inventory, movement data, etc.)
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc data required to Group Controlling, for monthly business reviews.
- Ensure full compliance of entities’ financials with Group and Accounting standards, and processes.
Business partnering and processes
- Business partner with local functions including close alignment with and support to local management.
- Being the go-to person for the Operations team around day-to-day Finance questions.
- Supporting operational Finance tasks locally as needed.
- Link between the local organization and central functions, where necessary, e.g., Accounting Tax, CoE, Controlling.
- Ensure compliance of local Finance processes with Group standards, implement changes where necessary to achieve compliance.
- Maintains as well as enhances existing processes either in Finance or that have impact on Finance.
Annual accounts
- Support group audit procedures where required.
Support Tax department
- Provide extended information to help transparency on local financial statements and profitability analysis.
- Transfer pricing support.
- Tax audit support.
Local requirements
- Comply with and provide insight on requirements by local authorities, other than tax authorities.
- Act as main point of contact for local authorities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent (master’s preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience ideally with a multinational/ consulting company or audit firm.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and within distributed teams.
- Proactive, clear thinker with a problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language.
- ERP experience, ideally Oracle R12, or similar.
- Proficient in Excel, experienced with large data sets.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial service companies.
