Sales Controlling Planning Analyst (m/f/d)

At INNIO, we offer you—an ambitious and motivated professional—the opportunity to join our dynamic Sales Controlling team as a Sales Controlling Planning Analyst at our headquarters in Jenbach, Austria. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our commercial planning and reporting processes, supporting our global sales organization, and contributing to the continued success of INNIO Jenbacher.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the mid-term planning process for Order Intake of the new units business
- Coordinate and facilitate top-down and bottom-up planning processes
- Plan capacity demand based on mid-term planning scenarios
- Manage annual and quarterly planning of long-term service agreements
- Prepare monthly reporting of financial and commercial KPIs for sales teams
- Support SG&A budgeting, re-forecasting, and headcount planning for the commercial organization
- Track progress of key deals for the current business year
- Work closely with the global sales director, regional sales directors, and sales & group controlling departments
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for the commercial leadership team
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a commercial or financial analyst
- Deep understanding of commercial processes and deal structures within industrial project business
- Very strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment
- Stress resistant and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SFDC and Tableau preferred
- Knowledge of INNIO business operations is an advantage
