Description

The Director (m/f/d) of Customer Packager Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end packaging and fulfillment operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products such as Containerized Power or Heat Solutions. This role leads a team managing schedulers, fulfilment mangers, packaging vendors, fulfillment centres, inventory flow, and distribution logistics, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Jenbacher Customer Project Management Fulfillment Managers, Schedulers for the entire INNIO Jenbacher Project portfolio of containerized Power plant and CHP stations up to onsite installation turnkey fulfillment projects. Responsible for the overseeing and controlling INNIO Jenbacher packagers
  • Develop and control supplier packaging and fulfillment aligned with organizational goals for efficiency, quality, and timely fulfillment
  • Monitor and control day-to-day fulfillment operations, packaging, inventory management in strong cooperation with the Project Manager and its Team for the relevant orders
  • Maintain the overall project schedule from order booking, engineering, manufacturing, packaging, shipment, installation, commissioning unit hand over to customer
  • Define critical milestones, develop actions to recover possible delays and enable proper resource planning for the onsite activities
  • Manage relationships with packagers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure performance and cost targets are met
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, integration of ERP set ups and cost-saving initiatives across packaging and fulfillment process
  • Ensure that packaging standards meet brand, regulatory, and customer requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and presentation
  • Use data-driven insights to track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, packaging costs, and customer satisfaction
  • Cross functional cooperation and partnership Partner with INNIO Jenbacher Product, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and Service teams to align fulfillment strategies with business needs
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Project Fufillment Managers and Scheduler specialists

 

Your Profile & Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s, degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Project Management & Execution, packaging, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale fulfillment or packaging operations
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Primavera P6, MS project and manufacturing related ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
  • Knowledge of Power Plant Stations and its related interfaces, Peaking and Continues Power Plant Operation
