Your tasks:
  • Take full ownership of the lease accounting process for the INNIO Group. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for annual Group audits related to lease accounting. 
  • Actively participate in the finalization of lease contracts to ensure compliance with the Group’s standards. 
  • Review and assess lease contracts. 
  • Identify issues and proactively drive improvements to ensure the completeness and accuracy of lease accounting. 
  • Maintain the lease accounting subledger, including recording contract changes and generating accounting entries. 
  • Manage month-end closing activities, such as preparing and posting journal entries and running relevant reports. 
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly account reconciliations. 
  • Ensure technical accounting compliance, strengthen financial and operational internal controls, and simplify processes to support accurate financial reporting and analysis. 
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting 
  • In-depth knowledge of lease accounting is essential. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English. 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. 
  • Flexible, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. 
  • Comfortable meeting both quantitative and qualitative performance targets. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel. 
  • Audit experience is an advantage. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Experience in accounting within a multi-GAAP environment (SSC/CoE preferred). 
  • Hands-on experience with period-end closing in Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems. 
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible under tight deadlines, especially during closing periods. 
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
