In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Execution and handling of procurement processes 
  • Maintenance of supplier master data as well as the initiation of new supplier onboarding workflows
  • General data maintenance within our procurement applications and driving clean-ups of different purchasing attributes
  • Request for quotations and review of purchase requisitions
  • Purchase order placement and tracking
  • Support in the processing of open invoices, especially regarding price deviations
  • Participation in various procurement projects as basis for value creation
 
Your profile:
  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
  • Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours/week, but preferably 40 hours/week
  • Fluent communication in English and German language (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
  • Team Player mentality and ability to work in an international and dynamic team
  • Curious to learn and self-driven to identify and initiate process improvements
  • Strong sense of collaboration to help in multiple tasks
  • Independent, proactive, and flexible working approach
