In this role you will be responsible for:
- Execution and handling of procurement processes
- Maintenance of supplier master data as well as the initiation of new supplier onboarding workflows
- General data maintenance within our procurement applications and driving clean-ups of different purchasing attributes
- Request for quotations and review of purchase requisitions
- Purchase order placement and tracking
- Support in the processing of open invoices, especially regarding price deviations
- Participation in various procurement projects as basis for value creation
Your profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
- Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours/week, but preferably 40 hours/week
- Fluent communication in English and German language (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
- Team Player mentality and ability to work in an international and dynamic team
- Curious to learn and self-driven to identify and initiate process improvements
- Strong sense of collaboration to help in multiple tasks
- Independent, proactive, and flexible working approach
