Description:
Our company is looking for a full time (40hours/week) HR Generalist Intern colleague.
 
Your tasks:
 
Training & HR Vendor Management
  • Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Identify training needs and work with management to implement programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Vendor management process
  • Organizing the trainings, location, applicant management, completion certification
  • Support integration of newcomers, facilitate induction (WINNIO Days) programs.
  • Ensure compliance to procurement process for all HR vendors
 
Internal & external communication responsibilities
  • Preparing referral and internal application mails
  • Preparing joining, leaver, internal movement, and promotion mailers
  • Support in organization of Job Fairs
  • Maintain and coordinate university relationships and Academic Interface Program
  • Cooperate with Communication team to ensure Hungary INNIOs visibility in social media, content creation and employee content coordination
  • Manage the intranet of INNIO Hungary, continuously review content and update the content as required
 HR Generalist
  • Support managers in requisition workflow including accuracy/quality of position descriptions, appropriate titling/leveling assignment, and overall data accuracy.
  • Partner where needed with talent acquisition in offer generation/approval,
  • Contribute to selection process for managerial/other key hiring decisions with Support from HR Manager.
  • Coach employees and managers on performance/personnel issues and dispute resolution
  • Support leaders in managing employee actions, including performance improvement plans and progressive disciplines; seek additional review from Center of Expertise and Legal as needed
  • Investigate grievances/complaints related to disciplinary actions, protect confidentiality and sensitivity of investigation details.
  • Support site-level employee engagement initiatives including survey participation; drive employee and manager accountability for plans to monitor and improve engagement.
  • Provide initial counsel to managers regarding compensation (e.g., pay adjustment, promotion, etc.) and benefits requests (e.g., expatriate relocation/perquisites); escalate to the appropriate HR and business leaders for final approval.
  • Counsel Managers on deployment of Continuous Performance Management process and influence improved compliance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with Performance Culture objectives, actively encouraging robust performance differentiation with supported managers.
  • Deliver COE-supplied training content specified by Corporation, or other programs as directed in support of approved location/platform initiatives.
  • Propose/Review termination requests for compliance with required company process, and to ensure effective management of risks.
  Reporting & Process improvement
  • Reviewing HR processes under HRBP and Representative responsibility areas, preparing process documents for local HR processes, process rationalization and improvement, change management
  • Execute complex transactions and quality control. Take ownership and continually create and review processes, documentation, and content.
 Other tasks
  • Support in reporting when required
  • Support site-level employee engagement initiatives when needed
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor to support the business, the team and which are in relation to areas of responsibility
 
Your profile:
  • HR experience in international company preferred. (0-3 yrs)
  • Experience in professional services as a plus.
  • Business acumen, knowledge of local HR policies and practices, labor requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Attention to details, resilience, can do attitude and problem solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility.
