The Compliance Engineer supports the product development function to ensure that product compliance requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. In this role your tasks will be:

  • Create and maintain regulatory requirement documents for the respective sales regions
  • Interpret technical requirements prescribed in regulations and standards and ensure practical application and implementations.
  • Interface with all relevant stakeholders to coordinate compliance activities and ensure successful compliance integration
  • Monitoring of regulatory changes and communicate impact to business
  • Development of compliance plans for new product launches

Your profile:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering or science discipline
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in working with complex engineering specifications and designs, as well as technical standards and regulations preferred
  • Project management skills and the ability to self-organization
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel (maximum 15% of working time) to collaborate and train with headquarters team or work on regulatory topics with external partners
