Description

The Process Excellence & Automation Manager - Service Contracst (m/f/d) plays a key role in shaping efficient, scalable and future-ready service contract operations at INNIO Jenbacher. The position drives the improvement and automation of end-to-end processes across the full service contract lifecycle — from contract configuration, setup and execution to renewal, billing and reporting. 

As the key business representative for the Contract Lifecycle Management (=CLM) environment, this role ensures that systems, processes and data structures support business growth, operational excellence and strong user experience. Working across functions, the role helps bring new service offerings into the organization in a structured, scalable and sustainable way.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end service contract processes, including contract configuration, setup, execution, renewal, billing and reporting 
  • Act as the key representative within the CLM application environment, responsible for managing business requirements, coordinating system changes, supporting users, and ensuring the application effectively supports operational processes and business needs
  • Ensure high data quality standards, governance and ownership for service contract related master and transactional data (CRM, ERP & Contract modeling applications)
  • Define and implement concepts for user training, process documentation and knowledge transfer to support sustainable adoption of new system functionalities and processes
  • Drive the automation and system/process integration of new service products and commercial offerings into the Service Contracts landscape
  • Ensure new product introductions are supported by scalable process design, system readiness, data structures and user enablement
  • Collaborate closely with IT, digital, finance, service and product-related teams to optimize interfaces and end-to-end process flows 
  • Define and monitor KPIs for process performance, automation effectiveness, training adoption and data quality
  • Lead change management activities and ensure sustainable implementation of improvement initiatives across functions and regions
  • Act as a trusted partner for leadership and operational teams in shaping a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Communicate initiative achievements and outcomes to VP-level management 

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or a related field 
  • Several years of experience in process excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles
  • Proven track record in driving cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CLM or related workflow / contract management tools – advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle beneficial
  • Strong experience in change management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable process improvements
  • Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable
  • Leadership experience in projects, programs or functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Strong analytical skills and communication competence, profound Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must
  • Additional qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Management, Project Management or Change Management are an advantage
  • Fluent English required; Geman is an advantage
