Your Responsibilities: 

  • Leading annual/ quarterly order intake planning process for new units business and multiyear service contracts
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, margin, sales pipeline, headcount)
  • Estimate future commercial performance by analyzing market dynamics and commercial KPIs
  • Continues process improvement and integration into bi-solutions
  • Coordinating and preparing monthly operation and business review meetings
  • Steady interaction with global sales regions and marketing department
  • Lead and coordinate operating work-streams within sales controlling team
  • (Re)structure Multi Year Agreements planning process to enable efficient and comprehensive budget planning

Your Profile: 

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Controlling or similar 
  • Solid professional experience as commercial or financial analyst
  • Understanding of commercial processes and deal structure within industrial business
  • Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions
  • Extensive hands-on approach and can-do attitude 
  • Excellent MS-Office skills 
  • Excellent English, German language skills are preferred 

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
