Role Description :

As a Lead Commercial Manager on NES-WES Services Sales (Commercial Operations) team your role is to support NESWES USA LLC Service Sales and Service Operations with the preparation, development, and administration of Services CSA,
MSA, and Transactional Services commercial proposals, Field Service Schedules of Charges and other commercial proposals for non-Jenbacher balance of plant inclusive of pre-sale and post sale activities. You will contribute to NES-WES USA LLC Services order intake while adhering to established INNIO Jenbacher commercial and risk management process. 

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Use and maintain NES-WES USA Services cost estimation workbooks as well as INNIO MYAC tools to develop CSA, MSA, Overhauls, CMU’s, Generator-Electric repairs, Balance of Plant, and Operations proposals.(“Commercial Proposals”)
  • Update and maintain budgetary CSA and MSA calculation tools
  • Assist as required with Commercial Proposals for Transactional Field Service Repairs, Parts, and non-INNIO balance of plant.
  • Observe and follow carefully all INNIO and NES-WES USA defined risk management processes and DoA.
  • Assist Senior Sales Manager with establishing meetings for review of Commercial Proposals
  • Work with Marketing to update and ensure all NES-WES USA proposal and contract documents are developed with NES-WES USA LLC or INNIO Jenbacher brand as required.
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Manager to monitor APMC reports for Operating Hour information so NES-WES USA Sales team is connecting with customers 10-12,000 OPH in advance of long block requirements
  • SharePoint management and archiving of NES-WES USA Commercial Proposals, customer documents, NES-WES USA cost workbooks, vendor proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and any other required documentation
  • Assist with development of NES-WES USA contracts, terms and conditions for Commercial Proposals
  • Coordinate Certificate of Insurance requirements with NES-WES USA Administrative and Compliance Manager
  • Update SFDC with new accounts while observing all INNIO compliance process requirements
  • Update SFDC with new Opportunities as well as updates to established Opportunities.
  • Maintain SFDC customer account records to update customer contact information, address and other required customer account information.
  • Coordinate with INNIO Commercial Finance to establish credit limits for new and existing customers
  • Enter Commercial Proposals and cost workbook information to MYAC to establish margin checks and record all Commercial Proposals as required for administration of new and renewal Services Opportunities, Commercial Proposals, and new or renewal contracts and purchase orders.
  • To improve revenue projection accuracy by working closely with Service Sales managers and customers. 

Qualification Requirements  

  • College degree or Technical School preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of Service, aftermarket business experience and/or Commercial experience in relevant industry, peferably in reciprocating engine industry
  • Experience in elaborating complex technical and/or commercial tasks - interdisciplinary thinking/acting
  • Used to work in process ortiented environment
  • Capability to support and train regional teams
  • Wilingness to travel (20-30%)
  • Detail orientated, precise working style
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in a matrix organization
  • Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English a must, additional language beneficial
