For our global Engineering & Technology Department we are looking for a 

Global PMO Leader (m/f)


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and develop the system engineering capabilities within engineering organization.
  • Lead a high performing team, set clear direction, implement simplification where possible and act as role model for INNIO Beliefs.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools which ensure a “best in class” Program Management and Systems Engineering capability: WBS, CtQ flow down, requirements reconciliation and product risk management.
  • Own and report the engineering programs metrics: plan/budget, integrated schedule, engineering resources balance, team charters and resources focus.
  • Regular status reporting of Engineering Programs to Senior Leadership.
  • Provide detailed analysis to validate current situation and identify gaps and deviations. Propose
  • and execute solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited University or college
  • Profound experience within new product development of Reciprocating engines &/or Gas Turbines or similar industrial products.
  • A proven track record as a People Leader of Global Teams.
  • A proven track record in the program management of high expense / complex technical products executed within a matrix organization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make priority calls based on limited information.

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3614,05 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
