Your Responsibilities:

  • Work in the Data Science Team of the INNIO Digital organization on exciting Data Science and Software Development tasks with a strong focus on energy markets and INNIO's cloud-based myPlant software products
  • Work on power plant optimization and simulations for the customers of our energy management solution
  • Apply related software development standards, guidelines, design practices and legal instructions to design reliable and compliant products

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor / Master degree (ongoing or preferably completed) in Computer Science or related
  • Working experience in machine learning model design, development and validation (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit)
  • Working experience in implementing Python applications and webservices (Dash, Flask, FastAPI)
  • Experience with Linear Programming / Optimization methodologies and solvers (MILP, CBC, Pyomo)
  • Experience with databases (relational and/or NoSQL)
  • Experience in consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is EUR 2.548,82 gross per month (x 14).
