As a member of the INNIO Jenbacher business you will be responsible for the vendor invoice processing process on different subsidiaries in Europe. As an Accounts Payable Intern you will be involved in the daily life of the Accounts Payable department, which provides you a great opportunity to start your Finance career in a structured way, in a truly multinational environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Invoice registering and processing for Jenbacher entities, external supplier and internal business communication, process improvement projects
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers of Jenbacher entities
  • Work with internal requestors and buyers in order to resolve issues, understand the root causes of invoice holds and release invoices from hold
  • Support business leaders and auditors by providing the invoices images, required commentary on the hold reasons and other details as per business requests
  • Help the AP team with report preparation in MS Excel and other ad-hoc tasks

Your profile:
  • Ongoing university studies in Business, Finance related areas, e.g Business Administration/ Management/ Finance and Accounting 
  • Ability to work minimum 30-35 hours/week 
  • Good command of English +any other language is an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Preciseness with a good eye for detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Open and flexible personality with great communication skills
