The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analytics related to Revenue to Contribution Margin in support of Waukesha business development initiatives.     
In this role, you will partner directly with the Waukesha Senior Finance Manager and respective operational partners to ensure timely business reporting for key business development initiative P&L accuracy and metrics.
 
Essential Responsibilities    
  • Support senior finance manager and fulfillment through ownership of data and related analytics on key initiative opportunities and pacing. 
  • Partner with senior finance manager to provide key revenue and margin trend analysis on each product line and support P&L forecasting cycles.
  • Develop and manage automated process for booking, tracking and reporting of key business development initiatives through Oracle ERP and Tableau
  • Build and maintain monthly P&Ls for each of the value streams for the business development initiatives (Digital, Training, Motors, etc)
  • Report out monthly actuals of each P&L to their respective operational owners.
  • Provide leadership on key initiatives and drive simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added Operations support. 
   
Qualifications/ Requirements    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or 2+ years of commensurate experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. This role does not offer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Up to 10% travel
