As a Contract Management Intern at INNIO, you will support the execution of MSA contracts related to spare parts transactions through data collection and validation, contractual scope and schedule uploads, and order planning and entry in line with contractual schedules.

• Data collection and validation for contractual scopes
• Administrative support for order management and planning of MSA (Material stream Management) contracts execution in relation with spare parts transactions, covering data collection, data validation, upload, and order planning in accordance with contractual schedule
• Upload of contractual scopes and schedules
• Contractual orders planning and entry

• Ongoing university/college studies in Logistics/ Economics/ Engineering Management
• Minimum availability of 30 hours/week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
• Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
• Fluency in English AND German - both oral and written
• Analytic mindset
• Deadline oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Team player attitude
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
• Tolerate monotonous work
