Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract)
Description
Role Summary:
The Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for assisting the full cycle recruitment process for positions in Canada, inclusive of screening candidates, interview scheduling and offer letter generation. This role will require strong organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
Roles & responsibilities
- Assist in Canada recruitment for hourly & salary positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Coordinate recruitment process when liaising between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, and confirming all recruitment activities adhere to company and legal standards.
- Administer the onboarding process for new hires in Canada, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Maintain and update the company's document management and ATS system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years' experience in production level recruiting and recruiting coordination
- At least 5 years' experience with HRIS/ATS systems
