Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including vendor management, procurement execution, ERP sourcing processes, warehouse operations, and production planning support. This role ensures alignment with project timelines, budget expectations, and commercial feedback, while maintaining accurate product and component data.
Responsibilities:
  • Vendor & Procurement Management
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of major component purchase orders.
    • Review and verify commercial feedback to support accurate project timelines and deliverables.
    • Maintain and update product and component pricing and lead time data.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and support supply chain analysts and warehouse personnel.
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence.
  • ERP & Sourcing Processes
    • Oversee sourcing activities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP workflows and sourcing strategies.
  • Warehouse & Production Support
    • Support warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management and material flow.
      • Partner with production planning to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules.
  • Project & Budget Alignment
    • Support project expectations, timelines, and budget adherence through proactive supply chain planning.    
    • Ensure supply chain deliverables are met for project milestones and stakeholder requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
