Position Summary The Transformation Office Intern supports strategic business transformation initiatives by assisting with project coordination, data analysis, process improvement activities, and change management efforts. This role provides exposure to cross-functional projects aimed at improving organizational performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Transformation Office team in planning, tracking, and executing transformation projects.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making and project updates.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership meetings.
- Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Document project requirements, action items, and lessons learned.
- Support change management and communication efforts across the organization.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP concepts).
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards.
