We are searching for a Junior PMO-Operations Support (m/f/d). You will work in the Digital Project Management Office which is supporting the whole Digital Team, with a strong link to Finance and Sourcing.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own order handling from Offer to Invoice: review offers from external suppliers, create purchase order requisitions in Oracle, check invoices and book transactions. Ensure payment of invoices on time and act as point of contact for suppliers and the internal billing team.
- Support in cost controllership for Digital projects: Maintain structure to allocate working hours to projects. Perform regular sense checks on entered data and request potential corrections. Train new employees in processes around hours tracking.
- Support Project Reporting: Support Digital PMO-Operations in creating presentations and status updates by collecting, analysing and summarizing project information, achievements and risks.
- Administer Tollgate Process: Maintain process templates and track tollgates and their content. Continuously improve process in alignment with stakeholders.
- Ad hoc Analysis & Process Improvements: Support Digital PMO-Operations in ad hoc evaluations and analysis, and support analysing and improving internal processes.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management or related
- High affinity to numbers and financials
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Drive for diligence, reliability and confidence
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional organization and environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively
- High communication skills and a true team player with a willingness to constantly improve skills
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and a strong command of German is a plus
- Occasional travel to our HQ in Jenbach, Austria
