Key Accountabilities/ Execution:
  • Support the end-to-end accounting of cash and bank accounting process: booking of bank statement completely and in time, maintenance of cash clearing and cash in transit accounts; alignment with Treasury and issue resolution working together with IT department
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliations of all cash and bank accounts, including Cash in Transit and Cash Clearing account and resolving open items identified during BS reconciliation process under control of and guidance by Team Leader / senior team members
  • Participation in SL closing for AP and AR as per month-end closing calendar, work closely together with AP, AR and collection team to identify and resolve potential issues in time
  • Perform activities required for month-end closing (preparing and posting MJE, running reports) according to the respective business deadlines
  • Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive accounting services
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • No experience required, experience on Finance area is an advantage
  • Ability to work 20 hours / week
  • Ongoing studies at an accredited university or college (studies in Economics, Finance or Business Administration)
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and in Hungarian
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
  • Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
  • Confident usage of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
