Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of virtualization and infrastructure server systems (on-prem and Cloud), O365, MS teams and mobile landscape
• Lead installation and upgrade computer components and software process, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Work with monitoring tool to proactive troubleshoot hardware and software errors. Documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and fail-over procedures
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor / Master's Degree in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience with MS-Technologies as well as OS, VM, Storage, Cloud, DB, on prem hosting environments desired
• Tech savy with familiarity in remote desktop applications and Help Desk Software (e.g., Service Now, Zendesk, BOLD 365, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in IT Security
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues (Level 3)
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in German, good English skills
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
