Position Overview:

 

As a Process Excellence Leader, you will be part of our Quality Team and play a key role in driving cross-functional process improvement projects across INNIO. Your work will contribute significantly to the long-term optimization of our process landscape. This will be based onsite at our Waukesha, WI office in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute cross-functional end-to-end (E2E) strategic process improvement projects, including IT and digital solution components focused on Waukesha’s Top 5 priorities in areas including SIOP, Logistics, Service, and IT.

Collaborate with business leaders and the IT department to plan E2E initiatives based on company-wide priorities.

Provide regular reporting on initiatives and project progress to executive management via E2E Value-Creation Project (VCP).

Prepare, analyze, and interpret data evaluations to support effective project management

Facilitate workshops and drive collaborative problem-solving with teams.

Train and coach teams in process improvement and project management methodologies, helping to develop business process managers across all functions.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline; Master’s or Advanced Technical Education a plus.

Solid knowledge of data analysis (e.g., Azure, Tableau, SQL).

Professional experience in project management and in leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in training and facilitation preferred.

Strong customer focus, proactive work style, and high degree of flexibility

Motivated team player who enjoys shaping improvement initiatives, works independently, and approaches challenges in a structured, solution-oriented way.

Excellent organizational skills, including within a complex global-matrixed environment.
