  • Responsible for consolidation and drafting of consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS
  • Leading the accounting and consolidation team in HQ, Senior Group Accountants for Austria/HQ and international subsidiaries and the Center of Excellence located in Hungary
  • Responsible for compliance and up-to-date groupwide IFRS policies (including impacts of newly published IFRS on the financial statement and their implementation) and organizing IFRS trainings
  • In charge of rolling out the finance performance culture and best practices internationally
  • Manage the implementation of a shared service center with an international team
  • Conceptual design and content development of all existing processes to maximize efficiency and develop best practice structures within the group
  • Link between group accounting and allocated units in all accounting matters
  • Strong Business Partner for the CFO and other Corporate und Global Functions
  • Responsible of the group consolidation in association of an international team and local managers, business partner in other finance functions
  • Implement the group wide performance culture, improve analytical capabilities within the group and standardization of management KPIs and accounting guidelines
  • Ensure the successful change of the accounting policies to IFRS requirements, currently held in US GAAP standards
  • Closely work and steer the local teams in detailing and implementing efficient and standardized processes and structures on a local and international level
  • Liaise with external stakeholders: banks, auditors, local authorities and international entities


  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Extensive experience in accounting (IFRS) and UGB, Business Partner in finance functions while working in global, complex structures
  • Multiyear leadership experience in (group) accounting, financial reporting, monthly and year end closing in a manufacturing environment/company or Big4
  • Solid experience/understanding in broader Finance, such as FP&A, taxes/tax law and treasury
  • Advanced experience in project management with all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated in depth understanding of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis
  • Strong commitment to inclusion and changes development issue
  • Proven leadership track of leading diverse teams in multiple global locations, remote employees and a CoE/shared service center
  • Ability to run a group accounting & consolidation process for a standalone company including external reporting
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives, organizational development, change management, culture initiatives and new ways of working
  • Demonstrate resistance to stress, accuracy and rigor, team spirit and influential skills while being hands-on and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and management skills plus the ability to work with or challenge the international management team
  • Proactive team player and self-starter who can demonstrate initiative with excellent organizational, team management and communication skills
  • Strong command and communication in English both verbally and in writing
  • Solid experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, etc.)
