Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Organization in compliance and ensure the flow of inbound and outbound material
- Assist in the frequent interaction with our internal and external stakeholders such as Custom Authorities, Customers, Suppliers etc.
- Support at import and export compliance checks as well as clarification and resolution of customs holds & issues
- Support in the implementation of AI based software solutions
- Support our team in global trade regulations research, preferential procedure and other special trade programs and regular customs broker audit
- Carry out Data Analysis for customs relevant topics to assist the decision-making process
- Ensure clean Process Management and assist with the continuous improvement of existing customs processes
Your Qualifications:
- Ongoing / finished Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering / Tax
- Effective problem solving skills
- Good analytical and strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Able to communicate with people from different countries
- Interest in working in a technical environment is desirable
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
