Your tasks:

  • Responsible for meet technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, op. excellence to deliver accurate actual monthly T&L expense reporting control, accounting and analysis.
  • Record and disburse T&L expense reports, reconcile
  • Record tasks in closing checklist to ensure all close related activities are completed
  • Identify and resolve issues across different sets of T&L data
  • Prepare and record properly supported routine entries
  • Ensure transactions are reviewed in the right period through understanding of global closing calendars & payment terms
  • Being accounting contact for employees, answering their questions related to preparing T&L reports in compliance to policy
  • Provide help in performing monthly and quarterly account reconciliation to Senior T&L accountants according to INNIO Policies
  • Provide ad hoc reports to HQ, local controllership team and other finance functions
  • Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation to auditing
  • Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive accounting services

Your profile:

  • Ongoing studies at an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant years of experience in Finance).
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Ideally 20-25 hours per week
  • Has good fundamental organization & prioritization skills
  • Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional style
  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
  • Attention to details
  • Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
  • Tolerates monotony
