Description

We are looking for a Procurement Project Manager (m/f/d) to fulfill activities within the Direct Material Team. The successful candidate will have a  key role which involves project management of various procurement led initiatives aimed at up-sizing and strengthening the supply chain and also optimization of costs. The Direct Materials Procurement team at INNIO is responsible for all procurement activities which are required to ensure on-time delivery of cost effective materials which meet the highest standards in quality. The INNIO procurement team are an essential part of INNIO’s operation as well as pivotal in ensuring that INNIO’s future products continue to exceed market and customer expectations.
 
This position is a part-time role, with a commitment of up to 70% of a full workweek.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of procurement led initiatives
  • Detailed planning, status tracking and reporting of all procurement projects
  • Implementation of corrective actions or escalation when project deliverables are at risk of not being fulfilled
  • Maintenance and reporting of procurement functional KPI's
  • Preparation of executive level reports typically used to brief INNIO senior leadership and stakeholders
 
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or in a technical field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical or process engineering)
  • Strong organizational skills, experience in project management combined with teamwork, willingness to learn and commitment
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
  • Structured and systematic approach and eagerness to continuously improve existing processes
  • Fluent in German and English, further language skills are a plus
  • Very good MS-Office skills 

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
