Your Responsibilities:

  • Work in a global engineering team to develop and improve emission and aftertreatment products of our gas engines by focusing on design and testing
  • In-house and field testing of aftertreatment components and overall aftertreatment system validation
  • Conceptual layout of after treatment systems and test installations, including related component specifications and overall system and sub-systems
  • Analysis of measurement results, interpretation, conclusion and reporting
  • Close cooperation with controls, design, mechanical engineering, test benches, service and manufacturing as well as with the ITO and OTR teams

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor/Master of science in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or similar
  • Experience in aftertreatment system layout and testing, component validation (catalyst, mixing & dosing, filter, valves, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work autonomously in a global matrix organization
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel (10 – 15% of working time)
  • Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.728,36,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
